Forecasting people actually act on

Accuracy isn't enough. Forecasts change decisions only when the reasoning is visible.

When a model produces a ranking, a forecast, or a recommendation, the people accountable for acting on it need to see the reasoning — the criteria, the weights, the sensitivity of the result to its assumptions.
